How much do you charge for an estimate?
We will meet you at your home to review your remodeling needs and give an estimate at no charge.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry $2,000,000.00 in Liability insurance. We also carry a Surety Bond in the amount of $25,000.00.
Are you Licensed?
We have a HIC General Contractors License # 02210 We make sure we are licensed in any municipality we work in.
Do we have to pull permits for the project?
All permits that are required to do any work on your home are taken care of by us.
How long will the project take?
This is addressed on a case by case basis. Depending on the type of work you need done it can be a day to two weeks of us working at your home.
When can you start the work?
Upon signing of the contract we can normally get you on the schedule within 3 weeks. Another factor is what products you choose for your home. Depending on how long it takes for us to have them fabricated will affect the timing of the install.
Do you provide clean up?
All related job debris is taken away of by our install team.
What should we expect during the installation and how can we prepare?
Your home will be a construction zone. We ask that you secure all pets and also make sure children are looked after and are not in the area of construction. We also ask that you remove all drapes and blinds on windows that we are installing. Please remove all pictures and anything else hanging from the walls so they are not at risk of falling.
Will I be able to request or change things during the project?
Yes, if the modification is within the scope of the project. A change order will be generated to reflect the new work to be done and a quotation will be agreed upon.
Do you require a down payment?
If you choose financing for your project, you simply sign the completion form at the completion of the work. If it is cash, check or credit card we ask that you cover the cost of materials and travel to and from your home with the remainder due upon the completion of the work.
